Butter Cookies with Fruit Sprinkles Hostess Gift

These cookies are one of those recipes. Whenever I plan on making a batch, I reserve some for gifts. I simply put a few cookies in a clear glassine bag and tie them with a pretty ribbon. Simple!

A basket of these would make a wonderful hostess gift. They would also make a great gift to give to your guests (and their children) as they leave your home. What kid wouldn’t love going home with a bag of fruity cookies?
