Today I’m posting my last Passover recipe of this year! I can’t believe the holiday is already coming to an end-it always seems to fly by!
Last week I posted my Matzah Granola recipe, and if you’re like me and have some left over, then this post is just for you. I wanted a new, easy and delicious way to eat it, so I used it in a yogurt parfait. My family loves making these if we’re having a dairy meal. We make them with different flavor yogurts like coffee, strawberry or blueberry. You can also layer each parfait with different flavor yogurts.

- Matzah granola
- Fresh fruit
- Layer the granola and yogurt
- Top with fresh fruit. (You can also put fruit between each layer)
