Father’s Day Menu

My family’s annual Father’s Day celebration always includes all the joys of the season. We have a big BBQ, we go swimming, and we spend our day outdoors relaxing with family. I’ve decided to make a very special Father’s Day Menu that also screams summer in hopes of inspiring your Father’s Day celebrations.

Like most dads, mine is definitely a meat and potato fan.  He also loves to grill and loves having campfires in our backyard. In honor of his special day I decided steak, crispy fries, pickled vegetables (one of his favorites), corn on the cob (another favorite) and grilled avocados would be my dad’s idea of a perfect Father’s Day meal…still thinking of a great s’mores dessert idea  🙂

I think this picture speaks for itself- any dad would love this on his plate.

The garlicky and fresh chimichurri sauce is perfect over these steaks.

This sauce is delicious over the fries as well 😉
