I always love the idea of grilling non conventional foods. We can always count on the hamburgers and hot dogs at a BBQ, so it’s nice to have something unexpected thrown on the grill. I guarantee some of the best BBQ’s will have some grilled avocados on the menu this summer.
Besides how beautiful and summery they look (I love all those grill marks), they are really versatile as well. You can top each with a summer salad, top your burger with some grilled slices, or just eat them as is, as a side. Some freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice over top makes them even more delicious!
